Tottenham fans were quick to mock Arsenal supporters following their club’s Champions League triumph over Real Madrid.

Spurs stunned Real Madrid 3-1 at Wembley in matchday 4 to put them top of Group H. Goals from Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen sealed a historic win for Arsenal’s arch rivals.

Arsenal and Tottenham meet at the Emirates in the Premier League on November 18 – after pipping the Gunners in the table for the first time during Arsene Wenger’s tenure, Spurs are now being tipped to finish ahead of Arsenal once again.

Their form hasn’t phased Gooners who were quick to remind Tottenham fans that their win over Real Madrid hasn’t won them anything. Nor have they won a major trophy for a quarter of a century.

Still, that didn’t stop Spurs fans from gloating.

Check out what they had to say on Twitter…

Spurs fans are generally thick most of them and most of them are ugly too enough said.

Spurs beat a very bad Real Madrid side who lost to Girona.

Real madrid are 8 points behind Barcelona already, yes this team won the champions league last year and the year before, but the motivation is not there to do it again by Real Madrid and they have a squad with a number of players the other side of there 30.

Oh Spurs fans we are not jealous of you after all you have not won any trophies in nearly 10 years.

Go and make a DVD and W*nk over 01/11/2017 the day we beat Real Madrid before getting knocked out at last 16.

Your comments above on Twitter show you why you will always be a small little club
