Reports suggest Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be fit for Arsenal’s FA Cup final clash with Chelsea later this month.

The Gunners star suffered a hamstring injury in Wednesday’s win over Southampton and it was feared that he would miss the rest of the season.

However, Sky Sports understand the England man only sustained a minor injury and could return for the cup final on May 27.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has proven his versatility this season for his side. The 23 year-old has been utilised as a winger, a centre-midfielder and most recently at right-wing-back.

Prior to his injury, the star settled in well to his newly position, keeping Hector Bellerin out of the side.

The midfielder is still a major doubt for Arsenal’s trip to Stoke on Saturday.

Nothing less than three points will do for Arsene Wenger’s side as they aim to chase down their top four rivals.
