Long time Arsenal target Alexander Lacazette has revealed he would be open to a new challenge at the end of the season.
The Frenchman has been prolific for the Ligue 1 giants scoring 30 goals in all competitions this season.
After coming close to leaving the club last summer, the 25 year-old admits he would be tempted by an exit if the right move comes his way.
“Will this be my last few months at Lyon? It depends which teams will be on offer to me,” said the forward (via Daily Star)
“I am prepared to leave, but only to make a significant leap forward.
“Otherwise, nothing will happen.”
Lyon are desperate to keep hold of their talisman. Lacazette has netted a massive 62% of the club’s goals in Ligue 1, helping them to 4th in the table.
Earlier this month, Lyon advisor Bernard Lacombe conceded that the forward’s departure would be a big blow.
“The departure of Alex would be very difficult for our club,” he said.
“Even if we could make lots of money, he is an immense player and I do not think that we will understand the magnitude of his departure fully until it happens.
“I do not know which team he will go to.”
