FA Cup holders Arsenal have been drawn against Nottingham Forest in the third round of the tournament.

The Gunners have triumphed in the competition for three of the past four seasons making Arsene Wenger the most successful manager in FA Cup history.

Wenger, who has seven FA Cup medals, orchestrated a 4-0 win over Forest in the competition last year.

Arsenal went on to conquer Premier League champions Chelsea in last year’s final, winning 2-1 at Wembley. Another successful FA Cup campaign will unlikely be enough for Arsenal fans who have already conceded a title challenge this season.

The match is set to take place around the weekend of January 6th.

Other notable ties see Manchester City take on high flying Burnley, Manchester United play host to Derby County and Chelsea travel to Norwich City.
